Niladri Kumar, a distinguished fifth-generation sitar virtuoso, was born into a family with a rich musical heritage. Under the meticulous guidance of his father and guru, Pandit Kartick Kumar—a prominent disciple of Pandit Ravi Shankar—Niladri commenced his sitar training at a very young age, showcasing prodigious talent. Rooted in the Maihar gharana, Niladri's playing style seamlessly blends traditional Indian classical music with innovative contemporary expressions. His technical prowess, characterized by swift, agile fingerwork and inventive improvisations, has captivated audiences worldwide.

Amit Kavthekar is a distinguished Indian tabla player, renowned as the last ganda-bandhan (ordained disciple) of the legendary Ustad Allarakha and a prominent disciple of Ustad Zakir Hussain.Rooted in the Punjab gharana, his playing style seamlessly blends traditional rhythms with contemporary nuances, reflecting a sensitive and dynamic approach. Amit has collaborated with eminent musicians across various genres and serves as a faculty member with Shadaj Music School, imparting his profound knowledge to the next generation of percussionists.
